17. Connecting to Community

Blogging for this Thing:  Use at least one of these apps, in or outside your region, and write a blog post about what you think about the app and how you may be able to use it personally or professionally. If you know of another app that would fit under this Thing, tell us about it in your blog, too.

I have the MN State Fair app on my phone.  It is a real battery drainer, but the app itself is very useful for finding food, exhibit buildings, and pinpointing your location when you want someone to meet you and your are in the middle of a block or just not sure where in the fair grounds you are.
I grabbed the MN 511 app since it is always useful to know where the traffic headaches are in the metro.  Thanks for listing all or these.
